Swelling advice?!

I am 11 days post op and decided to drive yesterday, I had overs and felt absolutely fine to do so. Today my left breast feels a little odd as if I can feel the implant more and took my sports bra off to check them and the left side looks a little swollen? Worried that I have over done it and will mess up my recovery! Has anyone experience anything similar?! Xx

Hi beth i was 13 days post op when i went back to work and it nearly killed me i only work on a reception desk but that day of being on.my feet and then going home i could feel my chest getting tighter and tighter i had unders and had to wear a breast band and as my noobs were swelling band was getting tighter i told nurse and she said its totally normal its just cos we havent done it in a week or so body will get used to it. Just ice them and u will be fine honestly. I know how u feel though as i was thinking i had done something to mine x
