Things I will need post op

Morning all. Getting super organised already. I’m having an uplift and enhancement on Sunday 10th and have already brought 3 Macoms ( all in different styles ), a v-pillow & ice packs.
What else would you recommend as essentials and treats? xx

I would definitely recommend a button up nightshirt, ur arms become really restricted so they are perfect for keeping comfy and resting xx good luck xx

Baby wipes , face wipes
Straws for sipping drinks ( can’t lift arms very well )
Dry shampoo
Button up tops
High protein foods / snacks
Laxatives

Argos back rest was my rock for my really early days it’s £25 but worth it. A selection of button up day time shirts/tops would be good too or vest tops that you can step in to xx

The majority of people get really bloated and constipated from the painkillers Hun xx

Just a roll on as you can’t use spray xx

Perp food and put in the freezer little more than you will think you need, I don’t just mean meals I mean vegetables to, few frozen meal if you can eat those things haha, move everything in the kitchen you use regularly onto the worktop out of high cupboards cups plates etc, chair in your bedroom for putting things on so no bending down for the first day few days, flash wipes so much easier to wipe round any mess or cleaning in the bathroom. Tons of pillows, haha xx
