Hi girls, new to the forum. Just had consultation with mr Marcellino and he’s explained for the size I want I need to go under the muscle, I have quite a physical job as a pole and aerial silks instructor so wanted to know if anyone had any problems in regards to strength in chest after ba?? Or is it just initial recovery? Thanks

    Hi Jessica,

I had unders and i would say it took me the full 6 weeks to feel fully back to normal. E.G. lifting heavy shopping bags and cleaning etc. I got to 7 days and i was driving again though, everyone is different though x

Thanks for getting back to me! How about exercising was it ok to work out after 6weeks? Just worried that as my job involves a lot of upper body strength the ba may effect my upper body strength in general?!! I’ve sent you a friend request if that’s ok!! ?

    That´s fine i´ll accept you now 🙂
Yeah I went back to the gym at 6 weeks and was absolutely fine. Id maybe just allow yourself a bit longer to recover, you dont want to spend the money and then do yourself some damage in recovery. At 4 weeks i lifted a bag that was too heavy for me and it was agony in my left boob for about a week and half afterwards, not worth it ! lol

Hi Lisa thanks for getting back to me. I teach so need to perform demonstrations which is mostly upper body work. so wanted to see how long off work i would need. so it seems like i’m only going to be able to do lower body or some cardio on a bike until 3 months roughly than maybe ease myself gently back in to upper body.
ive sent you a friend request lisa if thats ok. what were your stats before if you dont mind me asking??

@sh86 i was worried about this too my daughters were 7 and 4 at the time so i was lucky they didnt need picking up or anything and luckily i had my OH off work with me for the first week after that i was back to driving ect. I wouldnt have liked to do it with younger children as i didnt really feel totaly back to normal until about 5 weeks, good luck xx

I had unders 3 weeks ago, I picked my 2 year old up for the first time yesterday, it was lovely, still can’t chuck her in the car seat mind! I’ve just started driving too, but I can’t put it into 5th gear ? My arm isn’t strong enough now, so I’m driving slow. It’ll all be worth it in the end xx
