Unders, overs or partials?

Hi girls, can any one give me some information on unders, overs or partials? What gives a more natural look? I don’t want permanent cleavage. I’m quite small 34A so don’t have much breast tissue to work with. Does this make a difference to where the implant will be placed? Any help on this would be great! Thanking you x

I could only have unders because I dont have enough breast tissue and if I had overs i’d probs be able to see the implant.
I think it completely depends on the individual and the size you go for as to how natural they look because everyones different.

Hi Sarah, no that’s more than helpful! I’m literally clueless atm and just researching places to book consultations with. Would just like to know a little of the basics before I go so I’m not totally overwhelmed by it all when I get there!

I had partial on Tuesday as I had excess skin so I needed it to be partial apparently. I am in pain today tho obviously not sure if it’s normal can’t even go toilet on my own haha!

I don’t think I have excess skin as there is barely anything there haha! Aww hoping you have a speedy recovery! I bet they will be worth it!

I’m pretty sure partials and unders are the same thing, well at least I think that’s what my surgeon said?? ? and I think it will really be what the surgeon thinks best as like Sarah said if there isn’t much breast tissue then under/partial is really the only option! so I really wouldn’t worry yourself over this, the surgeon will know how to give you the look you want ☺️ Xx

Hiya, I don’t think the placement of the implant affects how close your boobs are (or whether you have a permanent cleavage) – it depends on your chest wall. If you have a big gap between your breast tissue pre op i think you will still have one post op @leah1993 x

I’ve been offered overs as I have lots of empty space in my boobs haha! I believe unders take longer to recover as they’re under the muscle. But if you don’t have any space they’ll probably put them under! some people say overs look more ‘fake’ but I think it depends on the person! I asked for a very natural look/as if I was born with them and she offered my overs!
