Unsure on sizes

I’ve booked my surgery for 16th March and im still really unsure on sizes. I had an appointment with the surgeon and expressed that I really want them to look natural and have a nice teardrop shape. The surgeon has said 300cc overs would be fine but I really don’t want them to be too big and look fake Currently a 32b 9 stone 5.4

I feel like he was kind of rushing the appointment and didn’t really take on board the look that I want. Did anyone else feel like this? I don’t know if I should maybe go for 275cc or just cancel the surgery altogether and look somewhere else?

This wasn’t through MYA and the surgeon is Dr George Samouris.

I had a consultation with Mr Samouris too-perhaps it was the same company.

Ultimately I decided not to proceed with them because I felt very rushed and wasn’t happy with them.

Your stats are similar to mine and I’ve just had 325cc dual plane. They’re definitely not too big and don’t look fake at all. I think 300cc overs for you would be good.

i’m booked in with this surgeon too! I kinda understand what you mean about feeling rushed but to me I just took that as it was because he was so certain on what he could and couldn’t do for me, I found him to be very informative although quick.

He informed me of slight breast deformity I didn’t even know I had and what he will do in surgery to correct it as the technique will be slightly different. Also gave me very realistic expectations as I walked in thinking I wanted 400cc and he told me that was far too big for my frame and the implants wouldn’t even physically fit in my chest lol. Even explained the calculations when I asked about what the breast width means/ why it’s important and same for nipple to fold measurements.

I think you’re in safe hands! And if in doubt, book a second consultation with him. I did, as after my first one I did a lot more research so ended up with more questions x

Maya what are your stats? Did he show you many before and after pics? I think I will ask the same questions about the width etc as I don’t really understand it x

I too am booking in with Mr Samouris on 27th Feb. I completely understand what you mean, and it wasn’t as thorough as other appointments. With that being said his reviews and work is amazing, he’s honest and to the point which I liked. Advised on the right sizes for my body and look I want.

I’m currently stuck between 325cc HP & 350cc HP (small difference, I know) so going back this week to resize.

If you guys have any questions always reach out to them, it’s a really big thing make sure you’re aware of everything beforehand. But ultimately, I honestly think we’re in safe hands 🙂 Xx

Hi Cristina, I’m 5ft, between 7 and 7.5 stone (not sure as it fluctuates, and my bwd is 11cm. It basically just means that the diameter of my implant has to match my bwd. If the implant has a diameter that’s smaller than your bwd, it’ll look too fake as you’ll have a larger gap between your boobs. If you go for an implant that’s wider in diameter than your bwd, then you risk uniboob and also excessive sideboob which makes it look fake. But it literally depends on how your current boobs sit too. So for me, I naturally have boobs that are spaced further apart than I would like, and I want my new boobs to sit a little closer together so I have better cleavage. So I’ve gone for an implant half a centimetre bigger than my bwd. If your boobs are naturally closer together though you couldn’t do this.

When I was disappointed with the size I was offered (which is my fault lol 400 would not physically fit in my body) he showed me before and afters of what 350cc could do and that definitely made me feel reassured. The only negative I have to say about my first consultation with him is that I didn’t get to feel any implants so I don’t know how soft or firm they’ll be. That’s why I’ve booked another consultation with him but also just because I have a few more questions now too. I’m really happy with his work and professionalism though so I’m definitely not going to change to someone else!

@georgiaspall I am but I’m a day case! I’m trying not to overthink sizes or anything else too much anymore and just trust my surgeon. In the meantime I’m just buying all the supplies I’ll need post surgery and trying my absolute hardest to not buy nice dresses to wear when I’m healed in case they don’t fit😅

@mayahenry Oh yeah me too! And same, he gave me a few sizes to choose from so I’m gonna go back today and try them again to see what I’m most happy with. What have you bought so far, I have nothing! Need to purchase the bra & pillow hahah! And omg same, I keep seeing such cute tops and I have to refrain lol! So exciting! Xx
