Uplift and 350cc overs

Had my surgery yesterday morning with another provider.. under incision on left breast has leaked quite a lot.. not in so much pain but very tight this morning.. took me a long time to come round from surgery, really couldn’t wake up! I’m literally day one in and my body aches from sleeping sat up and not moving! Any tips on this?? Any other stories that might help recovery would be great.. image uploaded (pic taken 4 hours after surgery) xx
