Uplift and Implants advice on loose skin please xx

Hi girls, I am hoping you may be able to help. Since having 3 children, recent being 4 months old my breasts have lost shape, it’s firmness and has started to sag and the elasticity of the skin I’m told is poor. One surgeon told me I could get uplift with implants of 350cc for the more fuller / round look which is exactly what I want but another surgeon told me he wouldn’t do it with implants?? I’m currently a 34dd and don’t really want to go too big but want that full look but am confused by two completely different opinions. Any feedback from anyone who has had this surgery would be appreciated. Thanks xx

I completely get what you mean. I used to be a full E cup but lost a lot of volume when I lost weigh. I’m now an empty 34DD and my surgeon recommended uplift and 325/350cc. I think I’m going to go with 350cc overs. My surgeon thinks I’ll be an E/F afterwards. I want them to be as high and round as possible lol. Which surgeon have you seen? I saw mr Netri and Mr Mounir and chose go to with mr Mounir

I was the same, breastfed 2 children and was a DD before but had loose skin at the top! I just had an uplift with 275cc overs i wanted more up and rounder boobs but not too big! Im so glad i did it ! Im only a week on but i love them! If you just have an uplift you wont get that rounder nicer shape! Heres my before and after xx

Hi I had an uplift and implants 2 months ago with Dr Traynor. I have a child andd I lost alot of weight really fast so my boobs were so empty and saggy! I had 300cc High Profile implants. I was a 34D before and im now a 34E xxxx

Hi Nicola, they look amazing! I am really considering having an uplift and implants but I’m so scared of the scares. How are yours looking? I’m going to look in to it more as I’m sure after a year the scars are not that visible. I’m also a bit worried about an uplift incase we were to have another baby and I’d 100% want to breastfeed again and if I couldn’t due to an uplift I’d really blame myself xx

Nicola – they look great! exact same 34d bra size, but so empty without bra due to pregnancy/weight loss/breastfeeding my PC advised just implant i have got Dr Traynor and i am due to see him soon, i am thinking tear drop and unsure on over/under .. yours are the exact size i would want! xxx

@Nicola hi I had my 1st consultation with pc and she said /advised that I have a breast reduction and no implant, or to have a breast reduction and later once healed have a implant. This is something I don’t want either due to the costing. I’m waiting now (I’m going to call tomorrow about my 2nd app as I want to see the actual surgeon) and see what he says, if he says the same I will look at other surgeons to see what they say.

They look sooo good .. I have always suffers with saggy boobs and it really gets me down cos I have never known anyone my age with the same probable I am currently 20 with a 2 month old baby but my boobs have like nana boobs since I was 16 and it really gets me down .. I was just wondering how much it would cost me for an uplift or an uplift with implants .. I would love if you could please let me know as I am at that stage were I want to go on my forst holiday but really don’t wanna be feeling down and self contuous about wearing a swim suit of any kind ..
Your feedback would be really appreciated.
