    Hi ladies
I used to have 34DD boobs, Im 6ft tall though so they didnt look big on me and I always desired a BA to plump them out. Fast forward 2 kids breast fed later they look like the balloons you find behind the sofa a week after a party! Now barly a B cup. Decided I’m just going for it now as non of my clothes fit and constantly feel low about them.

I had my consultation at Newcastle with Julie (LOVE her) really happy and want to go ahead. Unexpectedly had a meet with Dr Andrea (Giannitrapani) as he had a gap right then. I didnt know what to expect but I did think I was just having a BA or “stuffing put back in” he immediately told me that my skin was not the best (knew this though like crepe paper) and recommended a full uplift no more than 350cc, my frame could take that though but unders. In a way I felt this was all bad news I did not want to have unders either.

I’m seeing Dr Traynor on Monday as he is who I picked originally, it will be good to get another opinion but want to be prepared. My head is all over. I have 2 small kids and could do with out a lengthy recovery or more pain when they need picking up or cuddles (after 6wks of course). Any advice? do I have to have unders or even an unplift? Will implants not just do the job?
    Thanks in advance.

If you put an implant in a breast that’s skin has already “drooped” your implants will just fall into that skin. U will need the uplift to tighten your skin and the implant to make them fuller up top. Not sure about understand and overs but I’d say maybe less likely to drop if under your muscle??? If I was you I’d rather have them both at once rather then an implant and rhenium wishing you had had the uplift couple of months or even a year down the line and ending up either hating your new boobs or going through surgery again to have an uplift. You don’t want to pay all that money gor the implants to sag your boobs. Have your other consultation and ask all your concerns in there. Write them down so you don’t forget. In my opinion they are plastic surgeons so know what they are talking about. They want the best results and what’s right in there eyes for you! Good luck x
