uplift without implants ?

i’m 19 and have got flat 32C breasts due to weight loss and am now a small size 6 , i don’t really want them much bigger (i like the look of small boobies) however i really want them to be perky !!
i can’t decide whether to have no implants or really small implants to make a nicer shape ?? i’m just super scared of capsular contracture.
i’m 5’5 and 8 stone 6
