Vaser lipo best surgeon?

Hello everyone, I really hope I get some replies on this! I’m wanting to get vaser on my bingo wings + hips! May even get it on my upper and lower stomach too! I was wondering who has had this procedure, how good your results where.. But most of all the best surgeon you would suggest?!
I feel like I have no proper shape! and I want it so much, I’m going to hopefully do half piggy bank and half finance! ^^
