vaser on tummy pouch?

Hi all, im wondering if anyone has before and after pics of their vaser results on stomach? I really wanna try it out but iv read alot of concerning written reviews, i always think the proof is in actual peoples photos! I’m thinking about thoghs too but my mum tum is my main area of concern! Also wondering what the scarring is like, and the would the recovery be difficult to manage alone with a 1yr old?
