To be honest I think it’s ok as long as you listen to your body and don’t do anything silly! I may just wear 2 sports bras to be safe ha. I am really gonna struggle to wait 6 weeks to be honest as I love exercising and feel pretty depressed when I can’t do it, I’m getting very flabby! Haha Francesca’s are you gonna go for it doll? Xx

Belle I think I am took kids for a long walk round roundhay park in Leeds. We gave it some walking up big hills and loads of stairs and I was fine so I think I’m going too go back and just start off slow. Hate the fact that my husband as paid all this money for new boobs and iv put that much weight on I’m hiding in baggy tops too hide my arse and top of legs as I’m having too live in leggings as my size 8 jeans don’t fit and I’m not going up a size NO Way.

I’ve already gone up a size – gained 12lb in 4 weeks! I’m not one of those who can diet either. I strapped up in my tightest sports bra (zip up M&S, so flippin tight) and went for a 40min walk the other night. I could feel the implants sloshing about, even though everything was strapped down, it was moving independantly!!!!!! I’m sure it’s normal, but does it mean it isn’t held in the pocket properly, or the pocket isn’t fully adhered to the implant??? Don’t want to do any damage x x x
