Wearing support bra with Strapping???

I was just wondering am I meant to wear my support bra even though I have strapping on?
No one told me I had to but I’ve been reading some girls have been wearing a support bra as well.
Not quite sure what to do!

You don’t have to, but it does help you from getting dry sore nipples, if your strapping doesn’t cover them xx

Hi Laura. I had strapping too.. When I was leaving the hosp the nurse said I didn’t need the bra-however 2 days of wearing the strapping I had blisters so had to have it removed! When I called the nurse I said just out of interest should I be wearing my bra, as iwas anyway for comfort and she said yes!! So I would say yes but u could always check. Xx
