Thank you!! I love them! Best thing I’ve ever done! Seeing results made me want it even more and gave me an idea what size I wanted! They offered me between 300-350 so they were in proportion with my body but I just went for the biggest as I know a lot of people on here wished they had gone for the biggest offered. @suzannesmith32 my recovery was really good! Having unders meant a lot more pain but was worth it. First 4 days were the worst. You can’t use your arms to move or anything just your bum to shuffle around. Try to sit up hurts aswell the first couple of days- best way is to pull up holding your knees. I only had paracetamol and ibropurfen and stopped taking them after 5 days as the pain eased off. When I say pain it’s not excruciating it’s totally manageable – I thought it was the worst thing when people went on about it so got me scared abit, but honestly isn’t that bad! Main things is to be careful bending over and picking up stuff I held a bottle of dilute the day after and it hurt the muscles because it felt heavy! So just need to be aware. After 4 days though I felt like my body was adapting and getting use to it so putting a jacket on myself came a lot easier and so on. I had my strapping off and it was a relief! I felt arched over because it was that tight! I had small baths making sure I didn’t wet my scars and used roll on deodorant. I couldn’t wash my hair for 1 1/2 weeks so dry shampoo was my saviour. After 1 week I went back to work – you start to feel shooting pain but that’s only your nerves, also squelching sounds which are air bubble but that’s your boob adapting to the pockets, 2nd week I started driving again. 3rd and 4th week my boobs are fine, the only pain I get is slight muscle pain as if I’ve done a gym session but because I’m use to it seems normal. Week after week it goes away. I’m so happy with the results and wouldn’t change a thing. You just need to remember to wear your sports bra everyday and night. I bought 7 and wore one the whole day and night then changed it the next morning. Ive rambled on a bit here but I hope this helps!! – good luck on your ops!! Xxxx

ahhhh thankyou for this!! that’s made me feel 100% better i’m having unders tooo 400cc in just 8 days ahhh cannot wait after seeing this hope mine look as good as yours! and yay for it feeling like gym soreness ha used to that so hopefully i won’t find it too horrific ha xxx

They look fab babe. I’ve had 370cc unders 3 weeks PO now and we are more or less same stats before and after. Got measured a 30F in Boux avenue and 32DD in Marks and Spencers this week! So happy. My recovery has been the same as yours above. I wouldn’t say there’s been pain, just discomfort. I really want to go back to the gym as i’m feeling such a sloth t the moment but got to remind myself to take it easy even if I feel ok.

Only annoying thing is my right boob still feels slightly bigger than my left. It’s been my trouble boob since the start so hope it sorts itself out. I think it’s because I use my right hand for everything so I can’t help but work the muscle more. Have you had the same issue? 🙂 xxx

Exactly the same! I feel massive and want to go to the gym again but can’t haha. I’m just gonna hold out and go back when I get the go ahead from the nurse. My left boob has taking longer to heel and that’s because I’m left handed, so exactly the same! It’s taken longer to drop and felt heavy when I’m laid back but it’s been a lot better this week so much be sorting its self out xxxx

They look fab Helena you must be so happy I’m due my preop and going to have a meeting with PC to try sizes again…. I’m a 34b was offered between 300-400, I too see everyone wishing they’d gone for bigger sizes but the 375/400 just felt a bit big? The 375/350 seemed just right but I was trying to talk myself into going for biggest as everyone seems to advise this however since seeing yours I may settle for 375/350 I also had option of under or over I hear under gives a more natural look….did you have a choice ?? Xxx

Yes I had the choice but went for unders as I wanted to natural look! It isn’t preserves sight of rippling xxx

@millsc mines not till 17th January ? wish it was closer! Yeah I’m so indecisive because 325ccs look different on each different person, apparently the extra 25cc isn’t that much so I’m sure they wouldn’t look that much bigger! Xx
