What Bras do you sleep in??

Hey girls it’s been a while!
I was officially signed off from my surgeon yesterday woo!!

Just wondering what bras you guys sleep in if any at all?

I still wear my Macom to bed but it makes the girls look funny haha!

Any advice??

I would love to know this too please! I’m only post op day 9 but cannot wait to be out of this Macom! Although I must admit when I take it off to bath or have a 5minute rest my boobs feel so odd and I feel so odd not supporting them! I was wondering if people sleep with a bra in post 6 weeks too xx

Im 3 n half weeks po and im currently swapping between a few sports bras zip up from amazon which were £4 and also a soft one feom the nume section in morrisons was only £6
I wear these all the time and dont think od wear anything else when i am signed off.
The nume one sits like a normal bra so cant see no straps its just they are bigger straps but has abit offiam padding at the front which stops anyone seeing the nipple

Hiya, I’m around 7 months post op, I do alternate nights of a sports bra (primark medium impact) and no bra … I got too attached to wearing a sports bra when I had to wear it constantly and haven’t got out of the habit lol xx
