what happens in 10 year's time?

Mr Kazzazi said he can guarantee the effect im after will last approx 10-15 years, but then what happens? i know if it aint broke then dont fix it, but what do people do, and ive been offered unders, is this a relatively new procedure with no one who has had it a few years ago to see what happens.
I guess i dont want to have short term vision and in ten twenty years think, ‘yeah they were great then, but now when i dont have my natural youth to fall back on, i look worse’
Sorry if it seems a little negative ladies, but what’s the long term plan?? xxx

Hi Hun did he say anything about a uplift later on? I had Mr kazzazi he said the implants would last a lifetime but as the body ages things go naturally south(unfortunately). I thing if your borderline a uplift and you decided to go for the implant only they prob will say 10 years down line they will need lifting x

Hey huni I had uplift and implants under my muscle 1st round they say your meant to change your implants around 15-25 years (which means the lifetime on your implants )as when they tell you lifetime it dose not mean your lifetime as with everything they wear down and go weak and could rupture and so on when you want your implants removed you will need a uplift with or without smaller implants xx

It’s just one of them any size of implants whether or not your bordaline of a uplift or not it’s about how good good your skin is from having implants down to having a baby and ageing skin to putting wieght on or loosing weight and with under the muscle for me was a problem as my right muscle lached on to my implant and every time I used that muscle it would lach on to my implant and pull it out of shape so over a few years of this I was pain and this could wear my implant right down over the years but if you are told u need a uplift ide go for this as if your sugroen tells you to do it coz if you don’t n op for bigger implants and they go saggy with in your 1st year you will have to folk out the cost of re op as you void the cover on your implants x

I wasnt actually advised an uplift, i just meant was it inevitable that id need one in the future, i just see it as, having implants isnt just about h=spending £4k and thats it, you have to be aware that in the future at some point something else will need doing, so spending £4k means agreeing to around £10k in effect as it will need paying sooner or later… xxx
