Pain isn’t to bad with overs just feel like you’ve been in the gym and can’t lift your arms ???? Make sure you have a v shaped pillow aswel!! I think there £6.99 from Argos it was a god send for me! It helped me stay up loads and it’s so comfy!

I personally got myself so worked up about the pain that I nearly cancelled my op. I woke up after the op and thought they hadn’t done it I was in zero pain and felt like I’d had an amazing nights kip haha. I got up to toilet with a member of staff with me and she said I wouldn’t tell you just had surgery, I was in no pain what’s so ever. Day 2 and 3 I struggled with getting up of sofa and out of bed alone but once again had no pain apart from i got a ache under my right armpit and my cleavage burnt but it wasn’t pain if you get me. Day 4 was my worst day but I think this was due to lack of sleep as I hated sleeping 45° and my nipples stung abit however I only needed 2 ibuprofen to sort that.
I only needed 2 painkillers on the 4th day and 2 I took before leaving Preston as I was advised too for the travel home.
I’m 3 week post op Monday and I have 375cc high profile over the muscles from a big a /small b cup. Any more questions I’ll try help hun 🙂 but don’t worry about pain I did and now I think I had sleepless nights panic for something that wasn’t no where near what I thought it would be. Xx

I’m 1 week post op, had 360cc HP overs and was surprised at how good I felt afterwards.
I had surgery at 3pm and was sat in the hotel having my dinner at 8pm. Personally I didn’t feel any pain just uncomfortable, I’m feel more normal as each day goes by, I’ve been able to go for short walks since the day after. The worse bit for me was not being able to get a shower or wash my hair and sleeping on your back is very awkward/ hurts ya bum. I got a V pillow from M&S as it’s more plush than the others I saw and got the M&S post surgery bras, which are very comfortable. I went up 1 back size to account for swelling so 34A to 36D.
I nearly talked myself out of the surgery but I’m pleased I got a grip and went ahead.
Try not to overthink it, it’ll be the best thing you’ve done and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the results!
    Good Luck.

Thank you Kaye, funny enough I’ve been having a day like that questioning everything whether I should go ahead totally over thinking! But I’ve wanted it done for like 10 years so what am I thinking!!! It’s happening :-))))) got the high impact bra from M&S and the pillow 🙂 so I guess I’m good to go! Got my admission time today too, 7:30, thanks again girls for your advise :-))) xx

I was the same as Natalie, I was so scared I nearly cancelled, when I woke up I thought they hadn’t done it, I felt great! Then I thought I must just still be full of morphine from the actual surgery but I was fine, just a bit stiff. Only had paracetamol after for the first couple of days. Try not to worry too much, I lost sleep for weeks about it and in the end I had a really lovely day and would do it all again. X

Hi hun, you’re going to be fine…honestly! I had mine done 2 days ago overs, and the only thing I was scared about was the pain afterwards but it was as if I’d not even had anything done. I had read that on here before but it sounded to good to be true but it really isn’t bad at all. Hurts more to stub your toe haha. It’s been stinging and feeling a bit tender yesterday and today but 2 ibuprofen and it’s gone. I felt fine to move my arms around straight after…just can’t reach and lift. Aww it’s so exciting!! Good luck and everything is going to be absolutely fine…you’ll have a dream come true tomorrow xxx

Hi girls quick question, did any of you have strapping/plaster bandages around the boobies, if so how long did yous keep it on for I’m pretty sure he said 24hrs but not 100% and then leave the incision ones for the nurse the weekend, also wondered if any of you have before and after pics as I feel like they are a little smaller than I expected but might be because they’re strapped up and not actually seen them properly, anyway curious about the strapping firstly! Thanks girls xx

Congratulations! Ah I’m glad your all done and on the road to recovery/ having a great pair of boobs! I didn’t have a proper look for a few days & only showed my husband after a week, ha, ha, as mine still look very high, swollen and fake, I didn’t want him to freak out.
I didn’t have any straps just dressings, but my surgeon said to keep them on and dry for 1 week.
Hope each day is getting easier.x

Aww that’s great Hun! Glad it all went well…not too bad is it? I’m just finding sleeping upright and bloating unbearable!! That’s the worst part. I can’t see why they told you not to use ibuprofen?! It’s mad how the tell everybody different things..they gave me antibiotics, co-codamol and ibuprofen to take home. Sorry I can’t help you with the straps question cause Mr Traynor just uses the white plaster things and you keep them for a week and your nurse removes them at your post op. I just want to have a proper shower and do simple things ????…driving me crazy!! Isn’t it weird to all of a sudden wake up and have boobs?!! Literally dream come true ❤ have you got pictures?0 xxx

The sleeping upright hasn’t been so bad yet but I’ve not really had a good sleep yet, I’m finding tonight though that it’s pretty painful in one of my incisions have any of you guys had that or is it normal do you think? The aches come and go but are very swollen and hi too, looks like a lot of changes yet to come! How are you girls feeling and finding it?xx
