What to pack ?

Hi I know there’s another post on this but really can’t find it now so far I’ve got button up pjs , slippers ,2 leggings and a zippy top and button up blouse and 2 Macon bras and underwear and socks a magazine phone charger a little bag of change (in case I need to get anything or send my husband for something ) , I’m gonna get some snacks closer to time I’ve got some roll on deodorant facial wipes toothbrush and paste vasaline lip balm and a hair brush and bobble .. I’ve also got some sanex unperfumed shower gel do I take this or just have it at home for when I need it ? Also do I take my v pillow ?

Are you a day case or over night?

Hey honey.

I haven’t had my surgery yet, but I have read somewhere that bringing some straws to drink with is useful to bring with you, since you’re expected to drink after your BA before they let you leave to go home.

I’ve also ready somewhere that a pillow is useful for the drive home to ease the seat belt away from your chest.

May I ask why are you an overnight case?
I thought would be done for overnight, but apparently there was no need for me to stay over.

Instant ice packs, maybe a dressing gown/robe.
I’m doing my ‘what to pack list’ right now, too 🙂
Apparently it’s good to bring your ID and some snacks.
I’ve bought protein shakes to drink a few days before (obviously not on the day before surgery) and to drink after the operation.

Not sure why I need an overnight it’s just what I got told i needed he did mention I’d need drains tho so that may be why? X

You may need throat sweets as sometimes you can get a sore throat … I never did but some do
