What to sleep in post 6 weeks

So I have had my 6 week post Op check up and everything all seems good – major relief!

The surgeon said I can now wear normal bras during the day and not the post surgery compression bra but did recommend continuing to sleep in the Macom bra for upto 3 months.

Has anyone else been told this and what did you all sleep in after 6 weeks?

Hi, glad all is going well 🙂 I continued to wear my Macom bra for a good 3 months after my first op then I switched to wearing generic sports type bras for bed and then continued to always sleep in them, I just got used to it and felt like I wanted to support them! I’ve just had my second BA and I’m going to do exactly the same this time around too!

4 years PO & wear primark comfy bras for support or sports bras, always wear something to bed! Deffo helps keep them up x
