What to use on my incisions?

I forgot to ask at my 6 week PO appointment but was just wondering if I am now able to put anything on my scars yet and if so what is the best product to use? xxx

i got a boots scar serum which was only about £8 and has made such a difference!

My surgeon told me to start using bio oil and push down with pressure when applying it to flatten them and reduce the redness x
