Hey ladies I’m 3 weeks po on Wednesday and really want to sleep on my side. My back and neck are killing me. Anyone know when I can go back to sleeping on my side and the reason for sleeping on my back? Xx

I think it’s just to prevent squashing them or laying on the incisions, they should say at your six week check up when it’s ok to sleep on your side again… It’s driving me mad sleeping on my back as well, can’t wait to sleep on my side! Xx

Thanks girls. I don’t feel any pain at all in mine and haven’t really had any pain whatsoever. Might call the nurse and ask if it’s okay. I’ll let you all know xx

@jodielr I would make sure to check with the nurse as you don’t want to do anything that could hinder your recovery hun. I know its hard as I sleep on my side also and hate sleeping on my back but it will all be over before you know it xx
