    Hi girls,

I’m now day 25 post op and I don’t feel like the drop and fluff has happened yet? They are still sitting high and are very firm. The outer sides have started to get a bit squishy but the rest of them is still very firm. I had 275&300 from a 32A. I was really hoping the drop and fluff would happen as I want them a tiny bit bigger ?

Has anyone get any progress pictures they could share?

    Thanks girls x

I’m 6 months post op …you should ignore how things look in the beginning as it takes time to see the final results . As a general guide , at 6 weeks post op most of the swelling has settled and you can really start to appreciate how things are going to look .,it takes 3- 6 months for the breast to fully settle into position and sofen .

I’m so glad you’ve done this post! I’m currently 23days post op and feeling the same. I think my swelling has all gone down as my boobs feel smaller then before but they are also very high and very hard! I had 325cc teardrop unders can’t wait to get some normal bras in three weeks and start showing a little cleavage! My post op bras come up so high at the front back and under my arms with really thick straps. So hard to hide and squishing my boobs flatter ? Finding it very hard to believe they are going to fluff up bigger…..

Hi, I’m now 2 Year PO and mine didn’t properly drop/fluff and settle until after 1 year PO. It’s not something that just happens straight away, you need to let gravity do it’s thing and let you body properly adjust to them.
It really is different for everyone, but I have progress pics if you want to add me.
I found after the first 3 months, one of them had dropped/fluffed much more than the other, but after a year they had evened out a lot more. x
