    Hi ladies,

I have a Macom and another post surgical bra both very supportive but as I am two weeks post op was wondering if I can wear a normal sports bra?

I am starting to find them quite tight beneath my incisions. I am currently sat in a normal sports bra and I feel better this evening.

Did anyone else switch bras? I am tempted to sleep in this and macom during the day for remaining 4 weeks!

I have been advised to wear normal M&S sports bras rather than the post surgical bras! I have the extra high impact ones. I’ve been wearing them for two weeks (since my op) and they’re very comfortable and supportive. My surgeon prefers these to front-fastening bras as he feels front-fastening sometimes pushes them up and together, hence not healing how he wants them. It’s obviously different fro everyone as everyone has had different surgeries though, but this is his preference and they’re working lovely xx

Thanks Ruby will look in M&S and I need a need a new sports bra!

My marena one its so tight that wearing round the clock is hard going! Macom is nice but I think my Macom is better during the day.

    Xx
