    Hey
I was thinking on having my breasts enlarged and i would just like to know from anyone who has had it done or knows someone who has had it done if:
    It hurts,
    Your left with a scar,
    If anything went wrong,
    The price roughly
And if it was a noticeable change?

Thankyou to anyone who replies x

    Hi Debbie,
I had my boobs done last Christmas at MYA in Leeds. The first 3 days hurt but i had mine under the muscle which is supposed to be more uncomfortable but it was what i needed as i only had small boobs to begin with. It was more uncomfortable than anything but it was definitely worth it. My scars are in my breast crease so you can’t even see them. They have faded which did take a while but I think everyone heals differently. Nothing went wrong with mine and i am really pleased with the result.

    Hi Debbie,

I had my boobs done 3 months ago with MYA. I experienced hardly any pain at all!I had a lift with implants, which I think is a more complicated operation but all went really well and the result is amazing. I do have scars but it has only been 3 months and I think it takes 6 months to a year for them to heal fully.

The surgeon I had did a really good job and although there is a big change they look really natural so only the people that I told have noticed!
    Hope this helps…keep me posted!

Hi, i had mine done in Dec, just had my 12 week check up this week. I think day 2-3 were painful, not shooting pains more of a dull ache, but after that each day i saw rapid improvements in what i could start doing again. I did sound like Kerry Katona for a week though with all the drugs i was taking, make me chuckle. I absolutely love my new assets, kinda wish they were bigger now, but cant afford to ask for anything bigger now, will have to wait. My confidence has grown massively as i was quite introverted before, and the scars are about 5cm under each boobie, however mine are fading pretty well, and have just invested in some biooil to try speed up the process!

Hi i had mine done 4 weeks ago and the pain is still here a little bit but there getting alot better now, I was just wondering if anybody knows how long it is until you can wear a bra just i only got the belt after mine and was advised not to wear a bra for a while but i am unsure how long this is. i have been through all the booklets but cant see anything in those. Does anyone know this or when did you;s start wearing them :-)
    thanks xx

Hi Kecka I was told to wear my sports bra for 6 weeks, I didnt have a belt. After that I was to wear soft bras without underwiring for as long as possible so the wire doesnt rub on the scar. I think it was after about 3 months when i first wore an underwired bra.

    Hi Gem,

I didnt do exercise for 6 weeks! It sounds like ages without exercise but it flew by. My gym just postponed my membership for a month for me cos i told them i was going away xx

Thanks nicalola did you have the incision under the crease of your boobs or in the nipple? just i wasn’t told i could wear the sports bra, and wasnt sure how long it would be before i could. So it should be ok to wear them after my 6 week check as long as its not underwired x

Had mine in the crease and it is really thin now and you can hardly seeit! Didnt even know you could have it round the nipple. The surgeon i had just advised to go in the crease. you are best off checking if you have any doubts. I still check in with my PC at MYA every now and then if i have a question x

    Hia Debbie,

I had my BA done exactly 3 weeks ago today. I couldn’t be happier with the results, my surgeon Mr Adamo has done an amazing job and MYA have been brill throughout, despite my indecisiveness and changing the size of my implants 3 times from 410 to 460 to 525cc!!!

    Here are my stats:

    5″3
    53kg
    Size 8-10

    Before:
    34 B / small C (on a good day)

    After:
525cc High Profile Textured Silicone Implants OVER the muscle
Now 3 weeks on, am wearing 34FF/G sports bra (pure lime), but they look gorgeous, natural and really in proportion (makes me really hourglass as I have quite a slim waist).

I had my op at Highgate Hospital in North London couldn’t fault it at all – my room was lovely and comfortable with Sky TV, and the staff and nurses were amazing and really caring.

I didn’t feel any real ‘pain’ as such, more an achy, heavy feeling on my chest – almost like I had a hardcore 3 hour straight session in the gym! Felt a little bit like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I was amazed as I had no bruising whatsoever and the swelling went down completely within a few days. They are also getting softer every day and I absolutely love the shape and size of them! One thing which was uncomfortable for me was my bloatedness which was really horrible – some people get it, some don’t – but mine was really bad, I felt and looked about 6 months preggers! When I went for my 1 week check up with the nurse Vicki she assured me that I must have had a bad reaction / side effect to the antibiotics, and to just mention this to my GP. Not a big deal.

My scars are healing really well, they look really neat and precise and once they have completely healed I will be using Bio-Oil to minimise their appearance.

All in all a FANTASTIC experience, I LOVE my new boobies and am sooooo thankful to Mr Adamo and MYA! I would reccomend MYA to anyone and I am so glad I went with them!

    Hope this has helped,
    Lin
