Hi ladies 🙂 I’ve just joined today. I’d just like your opinions please. After breastfeeding 3 children I’ve been left with really really empty breasts, they are baisically flat at the top. I hate them. I’ve been wanting a breast enlargement for nearly ten years now and only just decided to research more and set up a payment plan to pay for the op. How likely is it that I’ll need an uplift as well as implants as I’m trying to avoid the uplift if possible. I don’t mind how big I will need to be to fill my empty skin but would just rather avoid an uplift if possible? Is there anyone else with before and after pics after breastfeeding please?
    Thanks guys xx

Hi, my boobs are similar to yours and I thought I’d need an uplift. I went to see Mr Traynor and he said just implants will do the job nicely xx

It totally depends on the surgeon I think. There’s no way to tell for sure until you meet, really.

I had what my surgeon estimated to be about 5% sagging and he did recommend an uplift with implants for me. But I made the decision that I wasn’t ready for it just yet and so I had the implants only. However my surgeon was very clear with me that with any degree of sagging, an uplift will always be required at some point, whether it happens at the same time as the implants or some years down the line.

I was completely flat at the top too after losing 50lbs in a very short period of time. I will post my before and afters (I’m only 4 weeks post op) so you can see what I mean.

I would recommend arranging a consultation so you can discuss your options.

@becca89 yours pre boobs are super similar to mine, hope you don’t mind me adding you. I’m having mine done in 2 weeks. Are you happy with your result? I couldn’t see the after picture properly

Yes, please do add me! It would be great to follow your journey!

I am very happy with my current result, although they definitely haven’t settled fully just yet. They still need to drop and fluff quite a bit more, and my right is recovering slightly quicker than my left is. But already it’s an incredible transformation and will completely change my life! I’m very relieved!

How exciting, I bet you can’t wait for your big day! Who is your surgeon, which hospital are you at, what size are you going for, what profile and what placement will you have? I had Dr. Mounir at First Trust Hospital in Preston, and had 430cc ultra high profile partials.

Becca congratulations on your weight loss, yours look amazing! I’d be more than happy with your results, I bet you’re super chuffed 🙂 they look like they suit your frame perfectly too. I’ve got an expensive holiday to finish paying off first so can’t really book initial consultation until June because I want to have £1000 to start off my payment plan, which is a bit of a bummer. I’m pretty sure I know what surgeon I want to go with as my sister has used him and told me all about it. Thanks for replying and happy healing ? xxx

Gemma I bet you’re so excited! That’s so soon! What size implants and profile have you decided on? Awh keep me updated if you will please. Thanks for replying xxx

Thank you so much! Absolutely, I am thrilled with the results already and I know they’re just going to keep on getting better! By the way, I had 430cc ultra high profile round implants with partial placement.

You don’t have to pay to have your initial consultation, I had my initial consultation on 22nd September and my surgeon consultation on 23rd November before I finally paid for my surgery on 29th November.

I am hearing such good reviews about Dr Sleiter which is making me feel loads better coz wen I first saw him there wasn’t much about him on here. And I will keep you all updated xx

No news is a good news hehe, better this way when there was no negative comments left on his account.
I was thinking the same when I joined the forum but after speaking with the girls I was sure I made a good decision going for him.

You’re going to be fine. Older kids can easily help you with the wee one but you need to renember not to lift him/her and this may be a difficult part for you xx

Gemma I’m sure you’ll be fine, us mums are tough cookies! Just try not to stress about things that may not be done as good as you would do them-that would be my biggest problem! The most important thing will be your recovery ? I can’t wait to hear of your results too. Will be so worth it in the long run xxx

Becca I want to lose abit of weight too before I go for first consultation, don’t know if that will make much diffence or not, I’ve only just got back into the gym, over the last 9 months I’ve gone from 9 stone to 10 and half so I’m just using the time until June to concentrate on getting my body back how it was. Are you a mya patient becca? Where was your surgery done? I hope I can have a simslar size to you…goals ?? xxx

I was 10 stone 1 when I had my initial consultation and 9 stone 7 by the time I went in for my surgery. They just asked that I would stay stable within one stone or so, which I am certain that I will. I hated being so heavy, I was 13 stone 1 at my heaviest and I look like a totally different and much better person now! I am a MYA patient, my surgery was with Dr. Mounir at First Trust Hospital in Preston. Thank you, I love them more and more every day!

I have big nipples so I’m a bit nervous of getting implants incase they make them even bigger.? Would it cost extra for an uplift?

    Becca 169

Yes, it’s a different price for implants and an uplift than it is for implants alone. You could also enquire about areola reduction if you feel that may be required.
