Hiya, just wondering if anyone had yellowing/slight redness of the skin like my photo shows after surgery? It doesn’t really hurt but not sure if I need to be worried at all x

Could it be off the iodine solution they put on you? Or perhaps bruising? Your boobies look great by the day 2 days until my op x

Honestly I was so surprised at how little pain I was in! I think in the whole past 6 days there was only twice where I was like ouch ok this is really painful.. It’s more just you can feel their there and it’s the pressure and tightness that’s kind of uncomfortable but I was honestly so impressed how much I was able to do so soon. I kept on top of my painkillers anyway just in case but really you’ll be fine☺️☺️ Xx

Getting comfortable in bed is slightly painful as you can’t really use your arms to shuffle about but that’s the only thing I’ve struggled with xx

My admission time was 12, got there about half hour early and they showed me to my room almost straight away which was good, and then the surgeon came in to draw me up and take a couple more before photos about half 2, then was taken up to theatre about 3 so the time flew by! I think by the time I got back into my room after about half hour in recovery it was around 7pm and then I pretty much was in and out of sleep til morning ☺️ Xx

Aww bless you, you’ll be fine I’m sure! I’m feeling ok, had the bandages taken off today so I’ve seen them! But I’m very squeamish so felt lightheaded for a good hour after ? the nurse said their healing very well but one side is more swollen than the other so really want that to even up now! Plus I can shower now without getting them wet so going to give that a go this evening and hopefully feel loads cleaner ☺️ Xx

I thought I did, but then when she took the bandages off today she said he only did a lollipop lift which I’m so happy about! He obviously felt like he didn’t need to when he got round to the surgery 🙂 xx

Hiya!? it’s the incision shape, so I was first told I was gonna have an anchor lift which means they go round the nipple, down to the crease and then under the crease. But after my 7 days I realised I only got the lollipop lift so they only go round the nipple and down. There’s no incision under the crease which is obviously great for recovery as you don’t have your bras rubbing or anything. I was really happy with that but he didn’t tell me before hand so I’m guessing he just had a look to see if it could work once I was on the operating table xxx
