Sharon Osbourne appears to have lost her battle with the bulge, with pictures showing her to have gained weight recently.
The outspoken matriarch of the Osbourne family has previously had a number of cosmetic surgery procedures, including liposuction and body contouring, the Daily Mail reports.
In the past, Sharon had a gastric band fitted to help her with a weight problem, which promptly led her to go from a size 22 to a 10.
A reporter at the Daily Mail wrote: "The former X Factor judge admitted to spending £120,000 on plastic surgery in the past, including stomach stapling, a face lift and breast enhancement."
Recently, Sharon got into some trouble after she threw a drink over a contestant on a show in the US, after she claimed all Mrs Osbourne was famous for was for managing a "brain-dead rock star".
The family are currently filming a new programme, The Osbourne Show, in the US.
