Pubic liposuction, also known as Vulvar Lipoplasty, is a surgical cosmetic prcedure to remove the unwanted fatty tissue from the pubic mound which is the area of skin that is covering the front portion of the pubic bone.

A SIMPLE & SAFE PROCEDURE
Pubic Liposuction can be performed under local or general anaesthetic and usually takes less than an hour to perform. The fatty tissue is removed using a small cannula in the usual liposuction technique. The wound is sealed using dissolvable stitches that do not generally need to be removed afterwards. This procedure can be performed in conjunction with other areas of liposuction.
QUICK RECOVERY
With these procedures the scars are small and the wounds will heal relatively quickly. However the site of surgical will initially be tender or very sensitive and swollen, and patients may experience some mild discomfort. This will settle down after a week or two. Personal hygiene is extremely important for this procedure and extra care of the wound should be taken during the first few days. You should shower once or twice a day and rinse the vagina every time you use the toilet. It is advised to avoid sexual intercourse during the first six weeks after cosmetic vaginal surgery.
