hi my name is jade and I’m 23 years old, I have 2 kids and I’m very unhappy with the way my boobs have gone, they are very saggy and low and makes me really unhappy so ive had my first consultation to see about getting an uplift I’m not sure if I’m wanting implants in so if anyone has any stories and photos that could be helpful I would very much appreciate it.
