19th april

Hi all.

Got my admission time today for my ba on the 19th April. I’m supposed to be an overnight case (not my choice only as the didn’t have any day cases left) however my admission time is 730 am as I am allergic to latex they are doing mine as one fof the 1st. I spoke to my pc as said surely I don’t need to stay overnight if my surgery is so early and she said I would.. has anyone else had it where they are supposed to be overnight but got out as a day case instead?

Hi Emily I had my op nearly 2 weeks ago my admission time was 8am I was down in surgery for 9.30am and was leaving at 2pm x

Yes I was a night case and i didn’t want to stay so I left at 7pm and they were fine with it 🙂 less work for them to do! I was asking everyone this question cos I didn’t want to stay over and no one answered me. My pc also told me I’d have to stay but I didn’t 🙂 as long as everything goes ok then you can go after you’ve had some toast and tea! Xxx

Im having revision surgery on 20th and my admission time is 2pm for a day case!! Last time for a night case my admission time was 12pm so hoping I don’t have to stay any later or I can’t get home!!xx

My admission time is 10:30am. I’m not with Mya cos I’m in Scotland (no Mya here anymore), I’m going to a place in Glasgow. Not getting general anaesthetic just local plus sedation I’m so excited! X

Op day for me too tomorrow. I’m so excited my admission time is 12pm. Having mine done in Manchester at the pines with a different company tho x

@charlijohnson I’ve just had a phonecall from my pc admission time has been changed to 7:30am. Yikes I’m super excited now. I’m having 415cc unders with a modified mastopexy on the left side. Currently a 36a Mr Netri is confident that I’ll be a dd/e cup.

Are you a day case? Or overnight? I’m having a mastopexy Aswell, what is a modified one? I’m with netri Aswell I’m currently an empty 34d having 310cc overs with uplift xx

I’m an overnight case but with them changing my admission time being changed I’ll ask the go home late afternoon X

@charlijohnson I’m all ready to go. I’m first on the list. Mr Netri is really nice. I’m in room 6 drop by and say hello x

Hope surgery went well for you all! I was admitted at 10:30am and was heading home at 5pm. Got local anaesthetic with sedation but don’t remember a thing. I’m really happy with my results! I’ve been wide awake since 4am though (went to bed at 1am) so i thought I’d check in here x

@birthdayboobs I was admitted at 7:30am yesterday first one on theatre at 9 I’m still here bored outta my head. Nurse won’t remove the drains until the surgeon has seen me again as she’s a little concerned that my right boob is higher and a lot harder than my left. She’s also put me on nil by mouth as a precaution just in case I have to go back into surgery.

Ooh Louise I hope all is okay! But better to be Nil by mouth to be on safe side. When will you know when you can get home? I’m just dozing on the couch on and off I am completely exhausted having to go up and down stairs to toilet! X

@charlijohnson I love yours! I’ve seen some amazing overs like yours but I’ve also seen some badly done overs (not on here ladies don’t worry) so I’m too scared to go for overs in case they end up looking ridiculous on me so I’m getting unders xx

I didn’t have to go back to surgery thankfully. Just got told my right boob will take a little longer to drop than my left. Mr Netri says he will see me in two weeks to see how things are going. I’m happy with them so far just a little impatient for them to look more natural than the stuck on effect I have at the moment.
