They look so good! I’m in agony to be honest! Can’t move my arms or stand up straight, paracetamol really isn’t cutting it! How are you feeling? I’m just sending my fella out to find me a bigger sports bra as im that swollen I can’t breathe in this one! Xx

Thankyou Hun, I’ve got an e cup m&s one but I couldn’t do it up at all I’m thinking it’s the swelling as well, so I’ve got my Macom on, I’ll see if the m&s fits in a few days if not I’ll have to take it back! I got sent home with paracetamol and codiene, the codiene is making me feel quite sick and dizzy but does help with the pain! I no what you mean about not being able to stand up straight, it hurts to move now I think all the strong painkillers have worn off! What size sports bra did you have? Xx

I got a M&S 36E but it’s so tight, he came back with a 36F but it was rubbish and had no support, was the only one Asda had in! So we had to try get my other back on and omg the pain! I nearly passed out but luckily we managed so it’s not coming back off! I’m so swollen though my boobs looked like huge shiny rocks hoping it’s mostly swelling as at the moment I think there to big! Wish I’d bought the macom now! My friend is bringing me some codeine tomorrow so it’s a back up plan if I need it, I’ve been in agony today. How are you sleeping? Xx

I’ve just woken up in pain I could hardly move just taken some more painkillers. Sleeping upright is a literal pain in the arse!!! I really hope it gets easier!! I’m the same with the size I didn’t want to bigger than an e, ATM I am defo bigger than that lol but like you said it could be the swelling, have you tried an ice pack yet? I’ve got one in freezer but havnt used it yet, I havnt been told if I can or not!?

Hey girls hope you both ok. I had surgery same day as you both at Preston. I’ve woken up in so much pain this morning. I couldn’t sit up to take my tablets 🙁 is Day 2 PO the worst? I hope it is cause I can’t deal with more feel like my chest muscles Have torn or something!! And Ice packs are amazing I’ve been using them. They’re like instant pain relief. happy healing ladies xxxxx

I had to get my husband to help my up this morning as I feel completely seized up!! Hopefully it eases up as the morning goes on! Taken more tablets so hopefully they kick in too! I might use my ice pack in a bit to get some relief! Happy healing to you too Rebecca xx

Yes I agree the ice packs are brill! I didn’t ask if I could use them but I can’t see it doing any harm. I don’t feel

You all had surgery on the same day, did you see each other in the hospital? I am booked in with Dr Traynor on May 9th for 375 overs so I am following your stories. Did you all have Dr Traynor? How did you find him on the day of your op? Did you have the size implant you thought you would have or did you change your mind at the last minute.
You all sound like day 2 is agony 🙂

Hey @becki I had mr Traynor. He’s so wonderful and his work is fantastic. He is so blunt and to the point on the day but I think that’s why I like him haha. He had a laugh with me before I went down for surgery so put me at ease! I ordered 300/325/350 and wasn’t sure. He said “so what size are we going for” and before I even spoke he said (in his little Scottish accent) “350 of course you are!” So I just went for it and I’m so happy I did. I’d say waking up this morning was the most pain I have been in but as soon as I got tablets down me I was ok and got myself comfy again xxxx

Hiya Becky I didn’t go with mya, but my surgeon ordered between 350cc-400cc I said I wanted the biggest implant that suited my frame! I trusted her to put in the right size! So I had 365cc moderate profile overs. I’m really happy with my results so far, this morning I woke up a bit stiff but I’ve just taken more tablets and have an ice pack on and I feel a lot more comfy! I’m not gunna lie sleeping upright it a literal pain in the butt lol!! Xx

Yes what’s app group sounds good! I had mr traynor and went with the biggest size offered 450 overs. Found him lovely abc really put me at ease, came and saw me after the op and was happy with everything. Day 2 is definitely the worst so far I think mornings are bad cos your so stiff, trying to keep moving but it’s hard when it’s so painful haha xx

I liked Dr Traynor, he was very practical, but has a funny dry sense of humour, a twinkle in his eye. I think he has seen and heard everything before. Rebecca I can just imagine him saying ‘of course you want 350’s!’ lol

Yes that’s a perfect way to describe him Becki! I had high profile overs I breast fed both my kids so had quite a bit of Breast tissue x

I had moderate profile overs, same as Danielle I breast fed my kids and had the breast tissue as well Xx

Yes same as me, I breast fed 3 children, I think this is why he recommended overs as there is enough tissue. I
originally wanted unders and was a bit scared of overs as I worried that they wouldn’t look natural, but now I am happy I am having overs because they are hopefully less painful and quicker to heal. Although saying they are less painful when you guys are all suffering on your couches on day 2 errrm sorrrrry!! lol

do they remind you of when your milk came in, similar size?

Haha yes Becki don’t think I could handle unders if this is pain from overs! Yes they feel solid and uncomfy the first day like when your milk comes in but you haven’t fed and they feel like they’ll explode lol but now my right is totally numb but my left I can feel
Everything and I think that’s why it hurts so much, my incision is stinging but I can’t get to it due to the strapping! When’s your op becki? X

It definitely feels like your fully engorged! I breastfed 3 kids as well! This is my post of day 2 pic, I now have bruising down the middle! Both nipples and under are completely numb atm it’s around the sides and top that feel sore xx

Danielle its probably your nerves adjusting, i bet you will have loads of weird sensations over the next 6 weeks whilst you knit back together.
Someone posted about cabbage leaves, when my milk came in I used them and they definitley helped, i was told it had to be savoy cabbage leaves and put them in the fridge for a few hours before putting them in my bra.
i am booked with Dr Traynor on 9th May for 375 overs, cant wait. i just want it done now. I think once i made my mind up I want it to come round quickly.
Did you tell your friends and family that you were having a BA , or are you only telling a few? i have only told a few people close to me.

Siobhan your boobies look fab by they way for day 2, they will look amazing when they settle.
you girls will be 1 month ahead of me when I have mine done, so everything you are posting will be reassuring for me when I go through it. xx

Really fake and super round but you guys look great and especially so early on. Not looking forward to the pain as it sounds awful
But it’s all worth it x

I’m the same as siobhan only told a few close friends and family, I’m not going to hide it if they ask, just didn’t think it was anyone else’s business. I feel loads better today I think it’s true what they say about the first 3 days being the worse! Sheren I thought the same about overs at first and was a bit worried but I actually prefer the look of them Now and the fact you don’t have to wait as long for results! I was worried about getting overs but when I saw other ppls results I saw that there’s looked really nice and not fake at all like how I was thinking! Tbh the pain hasn’t been really bad I wouldn’t say it’s pain at all just uncomfortable and tight! Today I have loosened up a bit and I don’t feel as swollen and I think my lefty has started to drop a bit to catch up with righty lol!!! Xx

Danielle and Siobhan glad to hear your healing is going well and pain is not to bad. Did you manage to sleep any better last night?
Are you able to get up and about in the daytime? could you go for a walk or do you feel like you have to stay in bed?

Yesterday I’ll be honest I more or less stayed in bed all day! Last night I slept really really well I only woke up once to take some more painkillers!! Today I feel so much better I’ve got up, I’ve got dressed for the first time, although husband helped with me leggings! And I’ve just had a walk round Tesco with my partner to get a few bits! Has taken it out of me slightly I can’t wait to get home and have a little sit down! But massive improvement from yesterday xx first 2 days after op so far has been the hardest, pod3 which is today seems to be better. I’ll take another boobie update later to see if there is any difference, I do feel like my lefty has dropped slightly and not as swollen xx

I’ve had pretty much the same sort of recovery as siobhan, I feel lots better today and had a really good sleep last night, yesterday was definitely the worst! I’ve been up and about but not doing much, left the house for first time today and like siobhan it’s took it out of me a bit but suppose that’s to be expected. Started with the bruising now and that stings abit hoping I won’t need pain killers after today xx just got a new bigger band bra and feels so much comfier!

Hope your girls don’t mind that I’m following all your progress on here and so grateful for all your pictures. Im having surgery the 25th April either have 350 or 375, the only thing is, Mr Traynor said he would do over the muscle on my first consultation as i’m already a B CUP. I struggled to find pictures on here and worried they would be too natural looking over time e.g. years to come (more likely to sag as they aren’t supported by muslce)

I went back for a second consultation to discuss unders, he said he has no problem doing this for me if its what I want and I can decide on the day. My head is very confused now. I want mine nice and full at the top but not to look too stuck on. A lot of girls on here seem to have unders which is why it made me go back and ask about it, some of my friends said with unders they stay higher for longer as they are supported by muscle.

What do you girls think about the whole overs to unders? All your results look fab and Mr Traynor said he never gets people who have had overs say ‘but I wish I went under’. Such a hard bloody decision x

So far I love the look of mine, at first I was leaning to have unders just cause a majority of girls do! But the more I looked into it I actually loved the look of girls with overs! They feel really full at the top but I don’t think they look really fake with it. Obviously going over is a quicker recovery and quicker for your boobies to drop and fluff! I don’t do how I’d manage having unders as overs was uncomfortable for first 2 days but now there really starting to soften already and ease up with the pain. Whatever you decide I’m
Sure they will look fab either way xxx
