250cc and just measured a DD cup!

Had my 6 week check up with the nurse on Saturday. She said I’m free to wear T shirt bras if I want and underwired at 8 weeks. Decided to get measured that day and trotted off to Victoria’s Secret and Boux Avenue. Was measured at 32DD at VS and then 30 DD at Boux. Wasn’t expecting that at all. Dr Kazazzi said I’d go to a B at the most with 250cc as I was a very flat A cup to start with. I have to say though, they really don’t look huge at all.. Maybe a DD isn’t actually as big as I always thought it was. But, give me a DD any day and I’ll take it 🙂 x

They do say fake breasts never look as big as they are. I’m only 7 days PO and wearing an f sports bra but defo don’t look anymore than an e.

Hehe..thanks girls. Yes I think your right Lenna. I think maybe the shape of implants fill bigger cups better but they really dont look that huge, especially without a bra on! Anyway..I didnt end up buying any bras, think I’ll wait until 8 weeks. I nearly fainted when I saw the price of VS bras….£40 upwards… I made my excuses and swiftly left the shop 😉 x

Congratulations! I’m a 32b and having 300cc to take me to a C/small D but after reading yours and several other peoples posts I think I ‘ll be alot bigger as I’m verry petite as well !!! x

Thank you Holly and Isabella.If your both having 300cc then your surgeon will have advised that size for a reason. I doubt you will look to big or too small and it will suitable for your frame and tissue you have already. Cup size is relative to the frame, I know that now lol. Mine dont look big at all … I thought the girl who sized me got it wrong! I think a DD in my mind was a huge size and if the surgeon had told me I would be a DD before my op I would have shyed away from that size as I wanted natural due to being petite. Truth is that I think I look more like a full B small C which suits my frame 🙂 Going to get measured again at 8 weeks..hope they havent shrunk anymore by then though :-[ xx

as you are only a small back size it takes less to fill cup size. so a 32DD is the equivalent of a 34D or 36C

I see, always wondered what the relation to back size and cup size was. Too much mathematics lol. It makes sense now… It does take some getting used to this bra fitting business. It’s my first time being measured 🙂
