250cc overs Do they D&F too?

Hey girls!
I’m 5DPO and have little high up cones near my armpits haha.
Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar sized implant over the muscle and whether you found that they did the drop and fluff overtime?
I feel like the macom bra is helping to keep them down and bringing them together a little too which is good but not sure what to expect- quite exciting to see them change though! I feel like I have more of a cleavage forming than straight after the op (although still very wide apart at this stage) so I think they are changing a little already.
Apparently it is good to massage overs too, to help soften them?
If anyone can share pics or add me to share progress I’d love to see 🙂

My stats:
From a flat 32A with 250cc MP round implants OVER the muscle.
Hopefully my pics will give you an idea of what a small implant on a smallish frame with very little tissue can look like.
I’ve seen girls with the same implant who have more tissue and are a size a/b who can look much bigger- so it really varies person to person 🙂
Interested to see how they look over the coming months/years due to starting with very little tissue and going over the muscle with a smaller implant (my choice)

Pre op pics on my profile; I went from a flat 32A with very little breast tissue. Biggest implant over I could safely go with was 250ccs 🙂 I think I should be a full B/small C when they’ve healed. They seem to have change a little already so I’m sure they’ve still got some more changing to do x
