300cc with Mr Traynor

Hi ladies, I’ve been to see Dr Traynor today and he told me because I am so flat chested there will probably be rippling of any size implant, he will let me have up to 300cc though but he advised me to gain some weight!!! I am thin but I wouldn’t say I was hugely thin, I’m tall 5″11 and weigh 68kg about 10st5 has anyone else been told this or is it just me and will 300cc take me to a D cup??
I’m really upset about this news especially the rippling but I don’t really want to gain weight!

Hi, I had mr traynor he is rally blunt and to the point but I quite liked that. I wouldn’t worry to much about rippling he told me that everyone gets it whether you can see it or feel it. I’m 6wpo and no signs of any rippling yet. I’m a bigger girl
Size 12 and had 450 and he did tell me that if I lost weight they’d look ‘fake’ at the min they look really natural but im hoping to drop a bit more weight. If your not to happy then you can always see another surgeon and get their opinion? For your height 300 doesn’t seem that big. I’m 5’7 and 450 has got me into an E cup xx

Thank you, no I would rather he told me the truth but I have seen a lot of girls pics on here who look thin as me and there doesn’t look like they have any rippling, I mean if it is true and I see another surgeon then surely they should say the same thing! I know he is one of the best so I would rather go with him and know than change to someone who’s just telling me what I want to hear.

I think most people who have rippling it’s a case of they can feel it but can’t see it, my sis in law had her boobs done 4 years ago and can feel rippling only when she’s led in a certain position but you can’t see it. I’d honestly not worry about it to much. Mr Traynor is an amazing surgeon I’m so happy with my new boobs he’s got them exactly how I wanted, my incisions are tiny and tucked into my crease. I’m going for 400cc with Mr Traynor. That was the biggest he’d let me go. He said if I went any bigger they’d start to look unnatural and was best if I put a little weight on if I wanted my boobs to look natural without a bra too. But I told him there’s no chance I’m putting weight on and he’s still happy to do them. He’s an amazing surgeon so I guess you just gotta trust what he says Hun. He’s extremely blunt and will just tell you how it is but I think that’s best way! Don’t get upset over it if you don’t wanna gain weight just tell him that ha x

I’m 5’11 and weigh 10 stone , I had 300cc teardrop unders 6 weeks ago which has taken me from a 34a to a 34dd

I was told exactly the same i have mine on tuesday 23rd.

I think ge just tells u the risks as it is but he is highly regarded so i trust him
I too was a bit disappointed in size but Im sure ove loved this long with no breasts at all it would be nice to feel womanly for once x

Thanks for the replays girls, Natalie you are so right, is rather have some boobs than none at all! I was more concerned about the rippling and that you would be able to see it an they will look terrible but I really don’t want to put weight on!

Hi Chermaine. I had Dr Traynor and am really happy with my boobies. They look and feel natural and I am so glad I listened to him and went with what he recommended. They take so much into consideration when they chose what size implant and placement you will have. Its not just hight and weight, its the width of your chest cavity and how much breast tissue you have, the quality of your skin etc. He has done over 20,000 breast operations so when he looks at you he knows exactly what size will give you the best look and he will keep it as natural looking as possible.
PS Its not just how they look thats important, its how they feel afterwards, he told me the bigger the implant, the more complications afterwards.
I am sure they will look fine, but if you would like a second opinion it might be worth seeing another surgeon, it’s important you feel comfortable with the decision. I think Dr Traynor prefers to do overs, it might be that you could have a bigger size as unders, but they are the professionals and know best.
I had 350 & 375 overs from a C/D cup. I haven’t been measured yet, but my sports bra is 34 E.
I think a rough guide is every 125cc of implant is one cup size so 300 will be about 2.5 times bigger than what you are now.

I’m not going with mr traynor. But I was told the same, I can only have a max of 300cc and I’m going to get rippling no matter what. But remember rippling doesn’t mean everyone is going to see it. In my own head I’m just happy I can have boobies haha. The first surgeon I ever saw only offered me 185cc, now I’m due to have 295cc in 19days! Just remain positive and if he will give you 300 without the weight gain go with it xx
