32a/b 375-400cc High profile OVERS ladies pleeeeaaasseee!

So I am 2 weeks away from having my op done and I can not stop panicking about the size(more the profile)! Meant to be having 350 UHP Overs. I have looked at the dimension of the UHP implants and I really don’t like how narrow they are as I am quite broad shouldered and tall. I am going back to see Dr Mounir next week!!

Are there any ladies that were a 32a/b that had 350 – 400 cc High profile overs that I can have a look at photos please?? I know there is more chance of rippling but I really think the dimension of the high profile implants will look better on my frame than the UHP. Dr Mounir has offered me UHP to reduce the chance of rippling but how bad would the rippling be with the HP?? I don’t want narrow pointy boobs!
Any help would be much appreciated as I am so close but feel so unsure….Am I just over thinking things? I am doing my boyfriends head in :-/ xx

Leigh, I am in love with my new boobies haha! Most people get high profile as you can obtain a better cleavage etc, and they wont necessarily look fake unless you make them look fake. In terms of rippling, you are more likely to get this with over the muscle placement, however you shouldn’t worry with the implant size you are having. Unders wouldn’t have been an option for me as my breasts pointed outwards and this would have been emphasized. Its also a less painful recovery with overs too 🙂 Good luck with your op x

Aww love to hear that you are in love with them and I can so see why! Yes, most people do definitely get high profile and I am really worried that ultra high profile are going to look really narrow and pointy and I can’t seem to get my head past an image I have in my head. I have to have overs due to sports. I think I need to change to high profile and risk the slight rippling that may happen. I am constantly trying to put weight on so I think that will help the more I manage to put and keep on. Just can’t believe I am messing around with the sizes this close to my op but I need them to be right.Cheers for your help chick. Hope you are recovering well x

Hey hope you don’t mind the add girls. I wasn’t given the option of UHP…what is the difference between them and The HP? I’m a personal trainer and I got unders, is that going to be a problem as I see you say you had overs due to sports.xx

Hey. The UHP are more narrow at the base than the HP and are firmer so it reduces the chances of rippling. I am only a 32b so don’t have loads of breast tissue and I am having overs, hence why Dr Mounir offered me UHP but I really don’t like how narrow they are. Did you mention that you were a personal trainer to your surgeon? I do pole fitness so I use my pectoral muscles ALL the time which means I could end up deforming the implants or pulling them apart the more I use the muscle. Hope this helps 🙂 xx

I hope they will let me change the implants that I have on order this close to my surgery date :-/

If he is worried about rippling, maybe you can ask if you can have HP partials? Overs have more chance of ripppling whereas partials are partially covered by the muscle so reduces the risk xx

Ah sorry I see you’re a pole fitness instructor so you couldn’t go partial! Hmmm, tricky – I would have thought HP would be ok – do you know your bwd? x

@suzanna80 Hehe, no worries. I think I will be fine with HP. Yes, my BWD is 13cm, that’s why I think the UHP (10.1cm) will look silly. I’ve done my research and they say it shouldn’t be more than 1cm diffrence between BWD and the implant width. And UHP will give me very little cleavage. I’ve seen lots of other girls have HP overs that started off smaller than me and they look fab so I’m just going to chance. Just phoned up MYA and they will let me change the implants next Wednesday if I need to. Yours isn’t long now, you must be excited 😀 xx

Great – last think you’d want is to look like to halves of an orange on your chest if the width isn’t big enough for your chest!! Will they just order them for you or will the surgeon need to see you first?

Yes, I am going back to see my surgeon next Wednesday (1st) and then my op is the following week but I have decided what I want so I am basically just going to tell him and see if he’ll work with it, which I know he will.
Yes, UHP are good for girls with small chest width but I haven’t got the smallest of chest width, I have broad shoulders that’s for sure and I’m 5’9 in height. Hence why I think they will look like narrow pointy boobs but will have no rippling lol. Id rather chance the rippling and have implants that will sit better on my chest, HP 😀 xx

I’m having 375cc uhp but my breast width is only 11.25cm
My implant has a 11.5 cm width
Hence why I’m having uhp otherwise I could on,y have a small implant cc wise x

It was after talking to you the other day that I did more research and came to the conclusion that I want HP not UHP. I am going back to see Dr Mounir on Wednesday to ask to get them changed. MYA have said that I can changed the implants even though I’ll be a week away from op by that point, so happy about that. Really don’t think UHP are right for me xx
