    Hi Girls,
I’m very new to this. I’m at consultation stage and am meeting my surgeon Dr Marcellino in Feb in Fitzrovia. Has anyone had him?
I’m a size 8, 5’4 going from a 32b (bottom heavy) to a 32d for a fuller effect. I wear a 32d padded bra atm and it fits but I just want them fuller on top. I’m a bit worried that they will stay quite low and drop and wonder if anyone is in a similar position size wise with after photo’s and can offer some advice please.
I’m also looking at a Wednesday procedure and wonder if I would need the full week to recover or if going back to Monday would be a good idea, I’m just worried about the train and getting bashed etc! Any advice would be most welcome. Thank you Viki x

    Hi,

I have similar stats but am currently a 32A//B and was wearing a 32C push up which fit me.
I feel like mine are quite empty on top compared to the bottom but there’s not much there to be anything tbh! I’m getting 450cc HP overs on 3rd feb with Mr traynor and I’m hoping for them to be filler and I was told I should come out at 32DD but when I’ve read a lot of people have come out around an E so maybe you should look at 350cc/400cc?
I think they only drop lots if you already have spare skin etc from what I’ve read on here.
Your surgeon will know best when you meet him though and if he thinks they will drop a lot he will probably mention an uplift so you’ll soon know!
I think you should probably take the week off as it seems as though people are still struggling a bit after that amount of time. Im hoping I’ll only need a week and no longer!
Hope this helps a little xx

Depending on what job you do you needs a week or more off. You can’t drive for 2 weeks. I have 2 jobs both of which are very physical and I had 17 days off and coujd have done with a extra week.

I just had Dr marcellino (currently laying in the hospital bed) and although I can’t comment on how they look, I can tell you he is absolutely so lovely. I trust in the size he’s picked for me, originally ordered was 325, 350, and 375, I told him I wanted to look natural and in proportion and about a full C maybe small D..he picked 325 (I first thought that was too small and was going to go for 375 but I think the surgeons know best)

I’ve also only booked 3 days off work – I’ll let you know Monday how I feel but I sit at a desk all day and didn’t really want to waste holidays. Only thing will be really early trains to work to avoid knocking them! I’m definitely not a morning person! Ha

    Hope this is helpful 🙂

Girls thank you all so much for your replies it really helps and nice to know that someone else has put trust in Dr Marcellino as I did not see his name mentioned too often on here. I’m so excited to meet him and see what he says.

I saw the 325cc in the consulation and some pictures and thought they looked big enough for me 🙂 I also want to go for the natural look just so they are fuller on top and still a bit soft! what size did you start from Kellie?

I didn’t know you couldn’t drive, I guess that would be pretty painful so thanks Amy! I’ll probably look at taking some more time off then!

I also sit at a desk all day (im not telling work either!) so let me know how you are feeling Kellie, I hope they look amazing and your recovery goes well, please let me know how you are getting on 🙂

Good luck with your surgery Laura, originally I thought I would need an uplift but Chloe my consultant said I didn’t need one and you can’t ever breastfeed and I haven’t got any kids yet so kind of ruled that one out! Hopefully with the implant it will lift them a bit. I just don’t want to get them done and have the same problem! xx

    Hi Kellie,

How are you getting on post surgery? I’ve been offered 325,350,375cc with Mr Marcellino so curious to see how you are getting on!
