32DD looking to have implants!

Hi Girls,

I need help! I am currently a 32DD which sounds big but it isn’t on me particularity. I feel my boobs aren’t as perky as they once were and also I’ve always wanted much bigger boobs. I am looking to go 2-3 sizes bigger and high profile but the PCC said in my initial meeting that I may need to go for an uplift if i’m worried about their positioning. She never saw them but i really want to avoid an uplift as for one, its another 5k! and I have been told you cant breast feed if you have that done. Im 34 and want to bf my babies one day.

Has anyone had decent sized boobs and had implants? or does everyone with some size have to get an uplift?

Hi Emma x I was 34f before surgery take a look at my pics dr mounir said I either could go with BA or have BA with an uplift but I’ve chosen to just have the BA and cross the bridge when it comes to
It about an uplift at a later date xx I had 550cc in mine I am so pleased I’ve got some befores and afters so you can see xx hope it helps xx

Thank you Jackie! This makes me feel so much better! I’m hoping the surgeon says the same thing to me! Did you go for high profile? I can’t see any of your pictures for some reason.

I’m a decent size naturally and have breast fed two kids. I’ve been told today that I definitely do not need an uplift. Have a look at my photo. I’m relieved to say the least!

Also how did you decide on the cc?

I had high profile over the muscle xx dr mounir gave me a choice of 4 different sizes 400,450,500 and 550 x I wanted really big so went for the biggest size
Glad I did think Id only get boob greed if I didn’t haha
And as for the drop down thingy it’s not working for me either think

That’s exactly what I want! I’m scared they will try and talk me out of it lol! I’ve heard about the boob greed and I think it’s better to go bigger and get what you want. They look fabulous!
