    Hi Ladies,
I’m booked in for my surgery on 11th April with Nigel Carver. When I went to see him he gave me 2 options – 275cc or 330cc – I went with the bigger size, but after my consultation I’m worried that I won’t be big enough after the surgery. He measured my BWD as 11.3cm and when I asked him through email if I could go bit larger he said no as my breasts weren’t wide enough. I’ve got quite a lot of breast tissue (I wear a 32D now as they’re full at the bottom but have lost all volume at the top after 2 kids and 4 stone weight loss). However he measured me as a 32A-32B. I really want him to do it as he’s renowned for making them look very natural which is what I want, but I’m worried I’ll come out of it and only fill the bras I’m already wearing – I’d like to be an E but he doubts I will be.

Just wondered if any of you had had the same size implants and what your outcomes were?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Natalie, I had anatomical 395cc implants nearly 6 weeks ago, I hardly filled a 34a bra and I’ve just been meausred at a 34e so I would say if you’ve already got breast tissue then surely you’ll be at minimum a e and just think even if you fill the same bras at least you’ll have a full breast in them instead of a deflated breast. I would always go with what the surgeon suggests! I’ve got pictures on my profile of that helps!

    Good luck!

Hi Hun, I have BWD of 10cm and got offered 325 so you should be able to get bigger, I have 2 more consultations cos I know I can go bigger as some surgeons will go over by 1cm xx
