    Hi Girlies
    I am 6 weeks post op and got measured today, finally can get some decent bra’s and get out of the sports bra, so exciting.
    I was really shocked at my new measurement, I am a 30FF.
    I thought I was a 34C before my op so I am really surprised that my back is only a 30 width and I was expecting my cup size to be DD or E max so I was really shocked at the size. I am very happy, new bra’s feel comfortable and give me a much better shape under my clothes, loads of support too.
    I went to Debenhams, the bras are by Freya, specialise in large sizes.

    Yayyyy , love this positivity 🙂
    So glad your happy. I’m still on the bumpy road at 7days op but I’m feeling happier with my results. I had 350cc overs and started with 34b. Hope too achieve a double D but you have excelled here hunny. Thank you for sharing :). Xx

    Thankyou girls for all your nice complements, It has been a journey.
    @martinag I remember at 7 days it was the toughest for me, I was so bruised, the implants felt really alien in my body, I was fed up sleeping sitting up and I missed cuddles, I thought I had made a big mistake. But within a couple of days I started to feel much better and recovery was fast then. You will start to see rapid changes hun and they will soften into shape soon. `i think our cup size before deffo makes a difference because that tissue sits over the implant, when I look at my before pictures I can’t believe how saggy they look, I didn’t realise myself how deflated they were after breastfeeding. I think photographing our boobies makes us look at them in a different way. Are you happy with the size of yours now?

    @jessy6067
    Hi Jess, I am really pleased, I’m so happy I had them done. I’m not sure that they are fuller at the top now, I think its just I can push them up and together, because all the swelling has gone. It is such a good feeling to wear a normal bra again, and its so nice to fill it out properly, defo worth getting measured properly How are you doing, is your recovery going well?

    @lisasw123
    Hi Lisa, thanks for your compliment, I really hope you are feeling a bit better today, I read your post last night and know that you were in a lot of pain. You gonna have to take it real easy for the first week and let your body recover, it will have gone into shock . It’s only after we have had the operation that we realise what a big surgery it is.

    @amym91 Hi Amy. I was measured in Debenhams and the bra was by a company called Fraya which specialise in larger cup sizes, they start at 28 band width xx

    Thank you, I’m slowly getting there … I’ve never had surgery and never really taken any medication, so my body didn’t handle it well. Still in a lot of pain so gonna take it really slow for the next well or so… constantly feel tired now. The feeling sick is calming down… ready to relax and slowly get back on track xx

    Hi Lisa
    just keep reminding yourself that you are tired because all your cells have gone into overload, they are working non stop to repair your body. Whilst you rest your body is healing. Drink plenty of water, eat lots of protein and rest all week. It is a massive shock, but it does get better and it’s amazing how quickly the body starts to heal and it will all be worth it when you see your new boobs xxx Good luck and keep sharing your journey, it helps and helps others too xx

    Hi Danielle, its soooooo wonderful wearing no bra 🙂 FREEDOM !!! i love that feeling of getting the sports bra off and letting them breath. I cant believe how much they have oftened and started to feel so much like normal boobs, Its amazing how they can feel so natural isn’t it.
    I forget about them now, they just feel normal.
    Hope everything is good with you and you are happy with the result, it sounds like you are. You will be having your appointment with your surgeon soon I think, I am looking forward to seeing Dr Traynor and thanking him, I’m gonna give him a big hug hahaha

    Hi Rachael. Wow, you have big puppies now 🙂 how are you feeling? Have you recovered and are you back at the gym yet?
    I have got 3 underwire bra’s. They give me a really nice shape under my clothes and feel very supportive. They don’t rub on my scars, the wire sits behind them. But my ribs still feel a bit tender and the underwires do feel like they are tight on my ribs a bit. I still wear my sports bra’s for chilling and sleeping in. I actually like my sports bras a lot more now that i don’t HAVE to wear them.
    PS I would love to sleep braless, but I am scared to incase I do any damage. My breasts feel so natural now that I feel like I don’t have to wear the sports bra all the time, I have my 6 week check today so I will let you know what they say xx
