390cc, unders, tear drops is this norm?

I got my op on 19th dec, I feel like my boobs are still solid rocks, not dropped at all, not going softer etc do I’m a lil bit confused as to when they will start to soften?

It takes a while hun.. mine started dropping and softening at around 6 weeks po.. now at 7 months they are still softening and i had overs.. they change all the time.. but during the first few weeks u dont see much change in my opinion.. hang in there x
