3days p.o advice please girls!!

Ok basically I was reallllllly constipated from pain killers hospital gave me … I cut down to one not two usually in the evening … Anyway I got past that problem but I’m just now being silly n worrying … Trying to go to the loo puts pressure on you’re upper body do you think my boobs have been damaged? :l I feel silly asking but I’m worrying over the little things!
Also it’s not possible to walk about to much is it?? Just round supermarket and norm things ..:l and bending I really can’t avoid this just to pick things up is that ok? Havnt been reaching too much :/ oh and last night me and my boyfriend (attempted haha) to be intimate I’m a bit scared I was too rough on my arms .. I was till sitting up lol just holding him away from te boobs! Really regret it now 🙁 he was really careful I think it was me :-O … Also took bra off today check on progress and on one side of dressings tere is blood is that a worry?! Oh my god think I’m gonna stay in my house for next week or two 🙁 I just find it hard from being so active to nothing I’m so worried sounds so silly but just need honesty :)……. Xx

You need to be careful hun, you should still be resting to give incisions time to heal. Being intimate is classed as physical activity and is a no go for 6 weeks! Just rest up and if you see anymore blood then call your nurse. Hope you feel better soon x

Yeah I realise I been doing too much lol I hate todo nothing it’s weird I havnt for my little boy here I feel lost can’t go to work ! Hmmm I I did try and just lie there which is v attractive haha should of just waited ! But basically I ended up giving up aha I was so worried! Lol gonna lie in bed for next week literally:):) finding sleeping easier with a heated mattress thing on !:D how u gettin on Hun? Xx

I know the feeling hun, I’ve got a 6 year old and a 2 year old I’ve had my mum here helping me haha. Make sure you are still walking around unless you’ve still got your sexy stockings on haha. I’m sure you will be fine try not to worry. I had a cough the day after my op and had to cradle my boobies everytime haha. I’m not too bad thanks, had my strapping off today and it feels so good. I’ve got big cuts under my arms where its been digging in though 🙁 x

U prob need bigger bra that’s causing me agony 🙁 nurse just said that’s my problem so gonna have to hunt a shop in eastbourne which has no shops and buy some sort of sports bra ! Might try Tesco! Hmm even though iv had loads of pain I’m still optimistic and happy I have boobs so greatful from what I was!:) yeah my mum has got my little boy for a week it’s so hard without him but I know he would just climb me !! How are u standing still 😮 bet u need an eye open in morning ! Lol kids are so clumsy with elbows! Bet it feels airy now!! Have u got pics up ?xx

Its hard I see a child coming towards me and put my arms out to stop them haha. Still managing cuddles and kisses just not picking up. Wish I’d only had a sports bra, the bandaging was awful, felt real good being peeled off haha. Feels funny now its gone. I’m a bit far apart at min because of the bandages but they still look good, will post more pics later. Once I’d dropped and fluffed they will be amazing 🙂 x

Heya I’m exactly the same worrying about everything I do lol. Seriously fed up with being bloated stop taking pain killers. How the flip hav u got a tshirt on lol I keep pulling my tops on over my legs lol. How’s the pain? I hav got a really funny sensation in my left boob. I hav quite a bit of blood on mine hopefully it is all ok. Xx

Oh how did ur bandage off go was it today Lou? 🙂 I’m so fuckin sore I’m trying motto take painkillers they fucked me right up! Can we take ibuprofen?:/ havnt had painkillers all day!! Been walkin in Tshirt zip hoody baggy trackies and my uggs :/haha lovely! This woman at Tesco self checkout asked what’s wrong with my boobs as had ice pack stuffed down I was like oh but personal then just went oh iv had my boobs done 🙂 she looked at me really horribly like -.- I have no idea why someone would react like that! But I was really proud admitting it I just found it rude u would ask a CUSTOMER that question ay!
And same girls can’t wait for dropping and fluffing !! 😀 or at least for pain to die aha

Ye bandages off looking good. But am in so much pain tonight stitches are really hurting don’t no if this is normal. Ha Omg serious lol, I walk round holding myself look so weird. I can’t wait for my check up on Tuesday just want to make sure the stitches are all ok. When r you next seeing someone? Xx

I’m so glad someone wrote this post!! I was about to write all the exact same things! Had my BA tues and since then I’ve been worrying about every single little thing!! It’s Impossible not to just each out for something and think shit should i have done that!! Sleeping is the worst..and the painkillers screwed everything so I came straight off them! I’m from Eastbourne too… Not too much choice of where to shop think I might have to venture to asda! As for when we can where nice undies theres Gonna be know here to get nice bras from now la senza has gone :/

Is anyone else hearing weird creaking sounds when they move there arms?? I swear I can hear the implant moving or something!! X

Haha that’s so weird !:) if u see a short girl in trackies with ice down her top that’s me haha 🙂 I got a comfy one from Tesco today go there! £6!:) self checkout woman was a bitch to me in there -.- but yeah I’m comfier I got bigger 😀 why did they shut la senza down?! I literally when I sneeze itch anything really:l still don’t feel like got big boobs! Coz they feel stuck on I guess :/ or stuffed bra feel!haha and Lou yes this is the most painful day for me SO FAR touch wood lol think I can see tiny difference in shape though hmmm fingers crossed! I don’t have a p.o appointment yet 🙁 gotta get onto my PC I’m scared I was stupid enough to get jiggly and then today has been agony !! Hope my incisions are still neat 🙂 I think I can handle one activity a day lol tomorrow is a coffee I think 🙂 then home eat if I don’t feel sick and sleep ! Ah the joys of boobs lol 🙂 I’m still worrying till they look normal I guess!

Holly I had that feeling too ! It creaks and sounds like a squishing noise like the implant is moving ! So weird ! X
