3days post op advice

When I came home I was wearing my macom bra but the nurse said I don’t need to wear it whilst iv got my strapping on. I’m still in quite a lot of discomfort. I keep getting a sharp pulling pain under my boobs where my incision are just above my ribs too. Did anyone else experience this I thought it would be better today than yesterday but it isn’t and ibuprofen and paracetamol are doing nothing. Do you think I should be wearing my bra too
