400cc overs, grade 1 tubular, cup size A!

Hey girls,
Had my surgeon consultation yesterday with Mr Mounir, who is absolutely lovely!
I have grade 1 tubular breasts, I’m still unsure as to what this means. I know I have slight tubular breasts so I am assuming it means I’m low on the scale?
He recommended me to have between 325cc-400cc overs as my nipples are not in the centre and from what i understand unders would make the gap more pronounced.
I think I am swaying more towards 400cc, if I’m having it done I might as well go for it!

Anyone got any before and afters of tubular breasts, or going starting an A cup and getting 400cc overs?

I would really appreciate it ????

I had grade 1 tubular breasts, I am 7 weeks. I had 375 in my left and 400 in my right, I had unders, and I don’t has such a big gap. I can send you my pictures over the last 7 weeks xxxxx

Hi, I also had tubular breasts I’m larger then you and had 450 hp overs I’m 3wpo. These pics are pre op 1wpo 2wpo and 3wpo
