    Hi Girls ,

I am booked in to have my op done next Wednesday .. extra high profile 4ooCC Dr Singh … however at my last consultation he said he may not be able to go under as I have wanted, has anyone else had problems with surgeon going over muscle when wanted under? Anyone had the same implants so I could take a look at the pics?

    Thanks Girls,

Hi Hun I am 2 days post op with 400cc UHP. I went over and really pleased I did, they look so natural so just goes to show you dont need to go under to achieve the natural look X

@Pippa I had 455 ultra high profile overs, 10 days post-op. May be we can compare and contrast. x x

    @AnnaMay
I had consultations with a couple of surgeons and got to know that ultra high profile are better for overs coz they have such a high projection. Apparantly, they can cause chest deformities in long term. BA is a lifetime decision so we should consider different points before making the final decision 🙂
I had 455 ultra high with Mr Singh on Sep,4 – he also had 400 on the day to see whatever would fit best. I wanted to go as big as I could go while looking natural. I decided to go with overs in the end coz naturally your breast doesnt sit under the muscle, they sit over the muscle and under the glands. Hope that helps and good luck! x x

    Hi pippa & penny8508

I have my op with Mr Singh next month.. He said 400 overs for me to reach a dd/e. I’m currently a 32b. I’m undecided as to wether this is going to be big enough. Do you mind if I add you both to see your results?
    Thanks. Xx

    Thanks Penny & Pippa,

I’m glad your both so happy with your results , I would love to add to check your po pics and see if I can tell any difference with overs! I was only worried because i heard that under the muscle keeps them higher for longer and less rippling from taking place….

Mr Singh has only suggested going to 400cc due to my frame although listening to the forum so many girls are going bigger! Thanks for your advice! xx

    Hi Alli,

No not really he said they might be too big to go under my muscle … but im reading on the forum that girls have had under at a much higher cc? What was your reason for having partials and are you happy with your size? what made you want 420 cc ? Thanks Alli xx

    Hi Anna,

I wouldn’t have been able to go to 420 I don’t think first time as I had it with my second ba, my first ba I had 340 cc which was extreme tight …. Your surgeon will be able to advise the size range. Always consider rippling as I got it on my second ba but didn’t with smaller size on first. Altho size difference to me doesn’t seem any difference just the shape.

I for partials as I didn’t have much breast tissue as I’m really petite. What’s your pre op stats? Pm me xx

    Hi ladies,
I am due to have ba very soon by Mr Singh, 400cc over the muscle. When goggling Mr Singh all I find are negative reviews, apparently this is a different surgeon but using Mya’s Mr Singh’s GMC Number???
They are all really old reviews anyway, but I really would like some honest reviews on your experiences if poss, I felt very comfortable with him on my consultation & feel he knows his stuff its life changing & I just feel the need for a bit of reassurance. thank you in advance x
