Mine is too I can’t help but think I’m getting hemotoma my left boob which is the one I’ve been struggling the most with has almost doubled in size and I can not move my left arm atall it’s so sore it feels so swollen?, seriously struggling tonight! ️Xxx

Don’t worry too much honey. Still early days! Only our second night. We’re lucky to have the three of us going through it at the same pace. I’m in so much pain and uncomfortable. Just laid here upset lol. I want to lie on my side or something other than my back. When I stand up the pain and pressure rushes straight to my boobs and it’s horrible. Me neither also tramadol is making me feel really sick, feeling really sorry for myself at the min the pain is just getting worse and worse?️xxx

I was stuck in bed for half an hour this morning couldn’t push myself up!
Have you got one of the long bands strapped round you too Shan? That kills, I had a minute with it off last night and it felt like bliss!

No I havent got a band I also took my macom bra off yesterday as my boob doubled in size with swelling and it killed me! So I’ve got my asda one on and it’s quite big and doesn’t give me much support, so I think I might have to put my macom back on what do yous think? Xx

I would put your Macon back on if I was you! It will hurt but it will be worth it!

Aww @nicolenewman93 thank you! I love them soo much, I was having 400cc up until the last minute and decided to go 425 and I’m so glad that I did, I don’t think there’s much difference but I would have wished I had gone for the bigger haha!

This 2 weeks will fly by! I still can’t believe my wait is over and I actually own a pair! Hahah I love them!! Xxxxx

I had my op yesterday still sore and got all strapping off, when can you start wearing the sports bra?

@saffyscarr hope your feeling ok!
They put my bra on me shortly after I came round but they didn’t put strapping on me just plasters over the insisions and a macom band.
Maybe give them a call? I would have thought you could out it on straight away xx hope your feeling ok! Xxx

Yeah maybe I should. I’m feeling ok just sore whenever I sit up at the moment 🙁 xx

@saffyscarr I’m the same! When I’m up and about I feel fine, it is just sitting up in the morning that I really struggle with,
It’s hard getting comfy on my back, I just want to roll over! Haha xxxx

I can’t seem to get up and about much they feel sore when I stand up with all the weight coming down on my front and I can feel the incisions are sore 🙁 how are you getting on?xx

Aww @saffyscarr I am the same I hope you are ok, just make sure you remember your painkillers,
I was up at half 3 this morning trying to get to painkillers, I hope my body clock doesn’t change because I’ve been up at stupid times in pain twice now!
Hopefully it will stop though, once I’m up I’m fine then at about dinner the painkillers knock me out and I end up napping again anyway haha!

I’m feeling better this afternoon!! However my strapping is peeling off around the sides and my post op appointment isn’t until next week slightly worried now 🙁 yes I find stupid times at night I am waking up I think it’s the medication! Throwing me off track lol xx

@saffyscarr aw no really, I didn’t have strapping I just had plasters on the scars and my bra,
Maybe give them a ring and see what they can do, or can you stick it back down with a plaster maybe?
My sleeping is all over the place and it’s my own fault too because I’m having naps all the time I can’t wait until night I get soo sleepy on these painkillers ! Haha xxxx
