450cc from a 32b??

Has anyone had 450cc from a 32b ? I am undecided between 400 or 450 xx

I had 450’s i was a 34 a im now a 34 f x

I don’t think there is much difference between the two sizes you are offered . So if in doubt pick the bigger ones x

Thank you just don’t want them to be to small and don’t want them to big lol as I’m only a size 8 under 9 stone and 5″5 xx
