I’m unsure what size to go as currently I’m a 32D but I wear a push up as I have no fullness at the top and when I don’t wear a bra they’re they feel flat and non existent from the side view. Mr Netri said he wouldn’t recommend going too big due to weight if the implants and stretch marks so 500ish would be my max. As I have assemetric boobs (shape and size) he said the bigger one would need 50cc smaller implant. I’m looking at getting 400 and 450 or 425 and 475. I don’t want them to look silly but want to see a difference. Has anyone got any pictures of pre and post op of these sizes please? Xx

They don’t look as big as they sound not to me anyway, others have told me they look big but in proportion to my frame I have big hips I’m a 12 on bottom was a 8/10 on top, I’m glad I didn’t go smaller if anything I would of had the 500 as I was offered 350-500 n my surgeon recommended 400/450 for the look I wanted xx

I’m happy with the projection I don’t no for sure but from wat I’ve seen I wouldn’t say there is much difference between hp n mod plus I can only really see a big difference wen I look at uhp but I was concerned hp might make my gap seem bigger where as mod plus seem to give the illusion say least of a smaller gap as they are wider and I love the cleavage u can get with mod plus…. however everyone is different and wat is suitable for one frame might not be for another so ur surgeon would advice on this xx
