I’ve got a good v pillow that has a back rest to but I was in a bit of a car crash last year and my back hasn’t been right since then, I see her next week but since my op I can never sleep at night time and I think it’s because I’m on my back 🙁 I miss sleep xxx

As far as I know sleeping on your back isn’t to prevent the implant moving, it’s more to take pressure off your incisions. I think 6 weeks is when your incisions should have healed enough to allow you to. Check with your nurse this it what I was told!
