Hi all ive got my post op appointment tomorrow where I was really hoping to be told I can start excercising and wearing normal bras. however this week my incisions have been spotting blood a little in the corners. has anyone else experienced this? its not sore and its not bleeding loads just light spots. im worried I will have to have more dressings or continue to have to wear my sports and macom bras which im sure you all agree are quite unbearable in this heat! I feel like ive done my time and really want to be healed!!
