600cc and Over

Hi,

I’m about to book my uplift with enlargement and am due to get 615cc Naturelle round, under muscle. I’m currently a 36B and would like to be a 36DD but am worried these are too big and will look fake! Does anyone have any experience of 600cc or over?

Forgot to mention I’m 5’7 and approx 12.10st Xx

I was offered upto 605 & went with 520 I’m 5ft9 & 10st7 I think they will suit your frame & won’t look too big xx
